KIOSKpresents’ inaugural manifestation is a motion towards screening a series of really brilliant, thought provoking films.

On Wednesday 1st June, we will be guest curators at the Back Room Cinema at The Montpelier, Peckham – go here for information about their film programme.

This will be the first in a series of monthly screenings of films that present beautiful, dramatic landscapes in micro geographical and philosophical contexts.

On Wednesday 1st we will show Claire Denis’ ‘The Intruder’ (L’Intrus). Based loosely on a wonderful essay of the same name, by Jean-Luc Nancy, this work looks at violation of the self and space, placement / replacement / displacement, positionality and adoption / adaption through the very delicate mechanics of human sentiment.
